Get to Know Me

I’m Amanda Senske, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and the founder of Wildflower Wellness. With more than a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, teens, and children through life’s challenges in both individual and group settings.

I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools for healing.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve supervised counseling interns and early-career therapists, and I’m currently pursuing my Psy.D. in Psychology at Holy Family University to further deepen my knowledge and expertise.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in the simple things that bring balance and meaning. I love being in nature, watching the birds at my video feeder, spending time with animals, and listening to music. You can often find me curled up with a good book, building Lego sets, or re-reading the Harry Potter series. I also enjoy true crime podcasts, connecting with others, and, most importantly, spending time with my partner and our two sons.

At Wildflower Wellness, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can grow, heal, and discover your own resilience—just as wildflowers thrive in unexpected places.
